Things That Go Bump In The Night
The following article brings more questions to mind than answers. Growing up country in the MidWest I thought I was familiar with most animals. However this one has me puzzled. I am used to the animals of the night.
Most of the city slickers that have moved to the country around me aren't. This is an assumption on my part. I base this on the chain link fences and lighting up their yards as if they live in town. Shhheeesh....... I guess their fear may be based on those killer coons or maurading possums. I reckon as how a deer crying in the night can be spooky not as a rule dangerous.
However with the influx of exotic animals that folks turn loose maybe I should invest in something stronger than chiken wire and add lots of lights.
Nawwwwwww way to much work.

MILLERSPORT, Ohio -- Is it a lion? A coyote? Or is it just an extremely large cat? Central Ohioans have a variety of opinions about an animal that has been seen in the area for the last two years.
Bob Lombardo, of Lewis Center, e-mailed nbc4i.com some pictures of an animal that emerged from the woods near his home on Saturday night. http://tinyurl.com/jtn3g
